RETURN POLICY


Incorrect Item

  • If we make a mistake by sending you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.  You will receive a full refund (including shipping costs) on your order and we will send you the correct item that you ordered as soon as we can.

Returns 

  • Customers have 14 days after an order was delivered to return or exchange an item.  Please return the item in the same condition that it was in when it was packed and sent.  All items that you want to return cannot be worn or washed.  Original tags must still be attached to the item.  Items that have been covered in dirt or hair cannot be accepted.  Items that have body odor, smell like smoke, or cologne cannot be accepted.

 

  • If we receive your item and it fails our inspection, it will be sent back to you.  If your return is accepted, we will return the credit of the item to your original payment method.  It may take up to 14 days after we receive the item back for returns to be inspected and processed.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with your order number, the item that you want to exchange, and the reason why you need to exchange it.  We cannot exchange an item if it is out of stock.  If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and we can process the item as a return and we can refund your purchase.  

Rules and contact

  • If your item is damaged or there is a defect when you receive it, please let us know immediately.  Please keep in mind that Primtek Global is not responsible for damage caused by shipping and mailing services, but we will do our best to help you with your situation.
  • We do not accept returns for items on sale or clearance.
  • The customer must pay for shipping on all returns or exchanges.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of order delivery.
  • We do not refund shipping costs on your original order.
